Grown in the volcanic highlands of Bondowoso, East Java, this coffee is cultivated at elevations between 1,200–1,500 meters above sea level in fertile soils nourished by Mount Ijen. Named after the region’s famous Blue Fire phenomenon, this lot reflects both the depth and history of Indonesian coffee production. Carefully handpicked and processed using a traditional semi-washed method, the result is a cup with comforting sweetness, soft body, and a clean, approachable finish.
